Kamal Hayer

Kamal Hayer is a Designated Paralegal, pursuant to the rules of the Law Society of British Columbia. She is therefore able to give legal advice and directly advise clients, under the supervision of a lawyer.

She started her career with Art Vertlieb, Q.C. in 2013 as a legal administrative assistant. Due to her outstanding work, she was promoted to the position of litigation paralegal and case manager after completing the paralegal diploma program at Vancouver Community College. She provides support to all aspects of claim management including drafting pleadings, gathering evidence, preparing for hearings and trials, attending at hearings and trials, and communicating with clients, adjusters and defence counsel. She is fluent in Punjabi.

Kamal is a member of the BC Paralegal Association.
